Well, the issue of the usage of the bathroom by the transgender is a quite sensitive one. A whole lot of people are concerned about it. However, the Kenosha Unified School District in Wisconsin has taken this delicate issue to an entirely new level.

What they have done is that they have asked to be provided with bright green bands to all the transgender students to monitor them as to which bathroom they are using. What a disgusting situation!

Due to this one 16-year-old trans boy by the name of Ash Whitaker has sued the school authorities under the federal law IX. This law has prohibited the discrimination by gender.

The Daily Beast reported that this boy was not allowed to use a boy’s bathroom and was asked to use either a girl’s bathroom or an office restroom and this was seen as a means of segregation based on gender.

Ash said that previously none knew him as transgender as he was used to going to the boy’s restroom. But presently the authorities were seen pressurizing him as not to use the boy’s washroom at all. This, according to Ash, was a pretty miserable condition because he could not even go to the bathroom except being motored continuously.
