The key here is to protect yourself by making sure your tools are sterilized. After washing your face, sterilize a sewing needle by burning it with a lighter to kill any unwelcome germs and then let it cool down. Then you should dab a little bit of alcohol on the needle and on the pimple.

3. Let it out
Now, take the needle and hold it parallel to your face, over the pimple. Then very carefully and gently poke the pimple enough to let the pus seep out pretty much on its own.

4. Waiting around
If you do this procedure, but the pimple doesn’t seep out properly then you have to leave it and wait another 24 hours to try again.

5. Pushing and Squeezing
The key to prevent scarring, is to place two fingers around the pimple and then very gently start to push down so that all the pus comes out. While doing this, be very careful; to not break the skin on the pimple.

6. Using Cotton Balls
While gently squeezing, try to get as much of the pus out as you possibly can, still making sure to not break the skin. Then you need to take cotton ball and soak them with alcohol to kill any germs that may have accumulated during this process by dabbing it around the zit area.

7. Let it Heal
Now it is time to let the zit heal. There are a few creams out there that will help the skin heal healthily. All you have to do then is make sure you prevent the wound from opening up and getting infected.
