1. Brea$ts in 20s

2. Pregnancy
Many women get pregnant when they are in their 20s, which leads to increase in brea$t size due to lactation and increase in weight. After pregnancy, the brea$t size usually remains the same or gets slightly smaller or might even get larger.

3. Menstruation
Fibrocystic change is common, and leads to formation of lumps in brea$ts. Normally, it occurs in women in their 20s. During changes in levels on estrogen, swollen lumps can occur.

4. Brea$ts in 30s
In the 30s, your body has gone through multiple cycles of weight gain and loss, whcih leads to stretching of brea$t skin. If you experience extreme stretching, it is advised to consult a doctor.

5. Brea$ts in 40s
Menopause occurs during this time, leading to major changes in the brea$ts. Due to menopause, less estrogen is produced by the ovaries,which leads to involution of brea$ts. Brea$ts no longer remain firm since the tissues start getting replaced by fat.

6. Involution
The process is not smooth and uniform, since some tissues might shrink, while others might get replaced by more fat.
