2. Weight Loss
Controlled weight loss when you are overweight is good, but a sudden weight loss is never a good sign. In extreme cases, it could indicate colon cancer, since your immune system and bowel movement would be seriously hampered in that case.
3. Bowel Movement
Improper bowel movement, which can be understood from how frequently you visit the bathroom, or the size and colour could very well be a symptom of cancer.
4. Abdominal Pain
